Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, and salt. Allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
  2. Wash the rice well with your hand and soak it in water for about half an hour. After that, Remove the rice from the water and reserve the rice aside.
